Production Process:
Pressure welding steel grid plate is made of load flat steel and cross bar according to a certain distance by adopting 200 tons of hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment welding into the original plate, after cutting, opening, wrapping and other processes and products customer requirements.

Installation Method:
In order to prevent the risk of falling, the installation of the steel grid plate should be fixed by welding as far as possible.
The steel grid plate shall be installed in accordance with the steel structure plate. After installation, it shall not be moved laterally or separated from the supporting frame. The supporting length at both ends of the steel grid plate bearing the flat steel direction on the supporting frame shall not be less than 25 mm for each section.
Platform steel grille plates that require removable and detachable are secured by the mounting fixture of the steel grille plates.

The requirements of the buyer can be supplied by the manufacturer. In addition to the installation clip made of stainless steel material, the installation clip made of carbon steel is treated by hot dip galvanizing. It is suggested that the bolts used for the installation clip are treated by hot dip galvanizing.
